Ruben Amorim casting doubt over his long-term future as head coach appears to be a boost for any attempts make to sign .
Man United are the club credited with an interest in the Sweden international alongside the Gunners.

There was speculation about a potential reunion at during the , but no move for the striker materialised. Thus, attention turned to the , when the expectation is that Gyokeres will leave.
Before then, though, after United lost 2-0 to , Amorim conceded that if results do not improve next season, he will not be in charge for much longer.
"We will not have a next season like this if we start like this," he said during his post-match press conference.
"If the feeling is still here, we should give space to different persons." Amorim also acknowledged: "For me, the biggest concern is feeling it's OK, that we cannot change our position so much, so it's OK.
"That is the biggest problem in our club at the moment because we are losing the feeling that we are a massive club, and it's the end of the world to lose a game at home. I think that is the biggest concern in our club.
"How do I feel? How a manager of Manchester United is supposed to feel in that position: embarrassed.
"And it's hard to accept. Everybody has to think seriously about a lot of things here ... we have to change a lot of things at the end of the season."
The comments come a day after reported that Gyokeres has agreed on personal terms with the Gunners. They also claim that the club has now to Sporting CP for the striker.
"We will see," Gyokeres said at the end of last year when asked about his future. "There are many rumours circulating, but we are in the middle of the season and there are still many months left. We will see when the time comes what will happen."
Asked where he sees himself playing in four year's time, when he will be 30, he added: "Playing for one of the best teams in Europe. That is the objective."
