The Uttar Pradesh Secondary Education Service Selection Board (UPSESSB) has officially released the exam schedule for the Trained Graduate Teacher (TGT), Post Graduate Teacher (PGT), and Teacher Eligibility Test (TET) for the year 2025–26. Aspirants aiming to secure government-aided teaching positions in Uttar Pradesh now have clarity on their upcoming examination dates.
According to the notification released on August 1, 2025, the PGT examinations will be conducted on October 15 and 16, 2025, followed by the TGT exams scheduled for December 18 and 19, 2025. The TET exams will take place on January 29 and 30, 2026.
These exams are critical for candidates seeking permanent teaching roles in government-aided intermediate schools across Uttar Pradesh. The selection process, particularly for TGT and PGT, is part of a large recruitment drive covering over 4,000 positions.

These positions are spread across various subjects and schools within the state’s government-aided sector. The official notification was earlier published on the UPSESSB website, and the online application window had remained open from June 9 to July 16, 2022.
