UPSC: 84 posts will be filled under the recruitment drive, candidates can fill the application till this date..

The Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) has issued a notification for recruitment to various technical posts. A total of 84 posts will be filled under this recruitment drive, including Assistant Mining Engineer, Training Officer, and other posts. Interested candidates having the required qualification can apply by visiting the official website of UPSC till May 29. The application process is going on from May 10.

This is the educational qualification and age limit.

Candidates should have an engineering degree like BE or BTech, ME or MTech. Apart from this, other equivalent educational qualifications obtained from a recognized institute in the relevant field are also acceptable. The minimum age is 35 years and the maximum age is 55 years, but the age limit may vary for different posts.

This is the application fee.

Candidates have to pay Rs 25 as an application fee. Women, Scheduled Caste, Scheduled Tribe, and candidates with benchmark disability are exempted from fee payment.

Selection will be done like this.

First of all, candidates will be shortlisted based on higher educational qualification, work experience, or recruitment examination. After this, a personal interview of the candidates will be conducted. In this, the minimum qualifying marks are 50 for UR / EWS, 45 for OBC, and 40 (out of 100) for SC / ST / PwBD. If necessary, an examination can also be conducted, in which the weightage of interview and examination will be 75:25, respectively.

- Open the application form for the desired post, fill all the required details carefully, and upload the required documents.

- Pay the prescribed fee (if applicable).

- Finally, submit the application form.

- Finally, take a printout of the application for future reference.
