To prepare this water, boil one teaspoon of cumin in two cups of water for 10-15 minutes. Then drink it after meals, on cooling.
Celery: If you have a problem with gas formation, then roasted celery should be consumed. By doing this, you can get relief from the gas problem soon. Let us tell you that celery seeds contain a compound called thymol, which stimulates the secretion of gastric juice and helps in digestion. If you want, you can also eat half a teaspoon of celery seeds for a gas problem.
Apple Cider Vinegar: The problem of gas formation in the stomach can be overcome by consuming apple cider vinegar. For this, you just have to use 2 tablespoons of unfiltered apple cider vinegar in 1 cup of water. Consuming it twice a day can give you relief from many stomach-related problems.
