ITV viewers are on tenterhooks for the debut of new drama, Frauds.
The six-part series, co-created by Suranne Jones and Anne-Marie O'Connor, revolves around a pair of con artists named Bert and Sam.
The pair have been leading contrasting lives in Spain over recent years. Sam enjoys a peaceful life amidst the rolling hills, while Bert has been enduring less picturesque surroundings in a prison cell.

After a decade in jail, a terminal cancer diagnosis grants Bert compassionate release, and she's fuelled by a burning ambition to execute one last heist to prove her worth.
As the series is set to premiere on ITV1 tonight (Sunday, October 5) at 9pm, let's preview some of the famous faces fans can expect to see, reports the Liverpool Echo.
Suranne Jones plays Bert
Suranne Jones not only plays Bert, but also co-created the series and serves as an executive producer. Bert is described as "smart, funny and quick on her feet", with talents in deception and allure.
In the series, Suranne is barely recognisable as she dons a sharp blonde bob, a departure from her signature dark locks.
Discussing Bert's bold sense of style at a press event, the actor said: "She wants to project to the world that she's dangerous, she's had this sort of life, but obviously that's just a projection and then the outfits were part of that. It's loud. I'm here, you will look at me. It's all presentation."
Jodie Whittaker plays SamJodie Whittaker portrays Sam, who struck up a friendship with young Bert shortly after departing home as a teenager. The duo became close mates, with Bert quickly involving Sam in her minor criminal activities.
Nevertheless, Sam's existence alongside Bert rapidly started to spiral out of control, culminating in Bert's arrest and imprisonment. What will unfold when the pair reunite a decade later?
Highlighting the contrasts between herself and her character, Jodie remarked: "[It was] fascinating because I would say I am the absolute opposite.
"I cannot contain anything I feel... I understand her rage. I could really tap into that. The stillness and the containment [was] a challenge."
Talisa García plays Miss Take
Talisa García takes on the role of Miss Take, the nearest thing Bert has to a maternal figure. She showed Bert the criminal trade, yet that didn't prevent Bert from abandoning Miss Take when Sam appeared on the scene.
Miss Take presents drag bingo at a venue on the Costa del Sol, but doesn't view the club or drag as her redemption - it's something that once served her purpose and has now become what's restricting her progress in life. She craves more. And Bert and Sam might be capable of providing exactly that.
Elizabeth Berrington plays Jackie Diamond
Elizabeth Berrington plays Jackie, a quick-witted and even sharper-tongued magician's assistant to her spouse Craig. Jackie encountered Bert and Sam years ago when they were minor criminals, assisting in the creation of rigs and tricks for their misdemeanours.
Since Bert's incarceration, Jackie has been living a more subdued life with her spouse, but she will soon be drawn back into Bert and Sam's schemes.
Karan Gill plays Bilal Anwar
Karan Gill takes on the role of Bilal Anwar, an eccentric loner who still lives with his mum in Bradford. However, he harbours a peculiar secret - he's the world's greatest forger.
Bilal's recent gambling habits have left him in desperate need of cash, which brings him into Bert and Sam's orbit.
The series also stars Thais Martin as Caitlin, Javier Taboada as Blas, Christian Cooke as Deegs, Lee Boardman as Craig, Kate Fleetwood as Celine, Nansi Nsue as Amaya and Abdul Salis as Mateo.
Frauds premieres Sunday 5th October at 9pm on ITV1 and ITVX
