This restructuring move is being seen as a strategic step to reinforce the Congress’s organizational base at the district level. By offering greater representation to local leadership, the party aims to activate its presence more efficiently in both urban and rural constituencies.
Political analysts suggest this decision will play a key role in Congress's preparations for the upcoming civic and panchayat polls, ensuring a tighter and more grassroots-oriented structure.
