According to a study published in Drugs.com , after using gurmar for three months, fasting sugar decreased by up to 26 milligrams and GbA1c also decreased by about 1 percent. This means that this leaf not only blocks the test but also increases the insulin sensitivity of the body and also helps in regenerating the beta cells of the pancreas.

How to use Leaves

You can chew and eat fresh leaves of gurmar. You can chew and eat them every morning or before lunch.

Powder
