Sony and Bose beware, Sonos Ace headphones get the price cut we've been waiting for

It's definitely a good time to think about buying some new headphones. Sony has recently released its , music makers and Bose continues to offer its top-rated QuietComfort cans. If that wasn't enough to tickle those tastebuds, there's a limited-time deal on the brilliant Sonos Ace wireless headphones, which finally make them more affordable.

As you can read in our full , we love these cans as they are comfy to wear, offer excellent sound, great Active Noise Cancellation (ANC) and long battery life. They even connect seamlessly with some Sonos soundbars, allowing you to watch a movie without disturbing the family.

Our biggest gripe was the £449 asking price, which made them feel far too expensive for most.

The online retailer is dishing out the Ace for just £299 - that's a whopping £150 off the standard cost.

As a quick reminder, the Sonos Ace features a smart design with memory foam pads for improved comfort.

There are also simple controls, seamless switching between devices and over 30 hours of playback on a single charge. Once they run flat, you can rapidly refill them with three minutes of time plugged in offering three hours of playback.
