The Bihar School Examination Board ( BSEB ) has officially released the admit cards for the Sakshamta (Competency) Examination III, 2025 on July 16, 2025. Candidates appearing for the exam can now download their Sakshamta 3 CBT admit card from the official website at examsecondary.biharboardonline.com .

The examination is scheduled to be conducted in Computer-Based Test (CBT) mode from July 23 to July 25, 2025.

Candidates registered for the BSEB Competency Test (III), 2025 are required to download their admit cards using their application number, along with either their password or date of birth..

Step 1: Visit the official website at https://secondary.biharboardonline.com
Step 2: Click on the ‘Admit Card’ link available on the homepage
Step 3: Log in using your application number and either password or date of birth
Step 4: The admit card will be displayed on the screen
Step 5: Download and print the admit card. Get it countersigned by the District Programme Officer (Establishment)
