According to the filing, Doe believes Shedeur’s fall wasn’t just bad luck, it was planned. He accuses the NFL of spreading “false narratives” about Sanders’ attitude, arrogance, and interviews. The lawsuit says this unfair treatment targeted a young Black quarterback and violated both antitrust laws and civil rights.
Basically, he’s claiming the NFL manipulated the process and that Shedeur’s slide proves the whole system is broken.
