NEW DELHI: To ensure better compliance by companies in passing on benefits of GST reduction on products from Monday, the govt has created a dedicated category on National Consumer Helpline 's INGRAM portal for registering complaints related to revised GST rates and their redressal. Consumers can also call the toll-free number - 1915 - to report any issues.
