BENGALUTU: Karnataka HC ordered on Wednesday notice to CM Siddaramaiah , his wife Parvathi and brother-in-law Mallikarjuna Swamy in a writ appeal filed by social worker Snehamayi Krishna , the complainant in the Mysore Urban Development Authority (Muda) alternative site allotment case. Krishna has challenged the Feb 7 order of a single bench rejecting his petition seeking a CBI investigation of the case.
