Dubai Police and Parkin PJSC have joined forces to digitally link their systems, enabling automatic detection of vehicles with unpaid fines or seizure notices the moment they access Parkin facilities. This integration marks a major leap in smart traffic enforcement and is part of Dubai’s broader digital transformation push.
Real time detection of offending vehicles at parking facilities
Dubai Police will now be able to instantly identify vehicles with pending fines, legal seizure orders, or links to ongoing criminal or traffic investigations as soon as they enter or use a Parkin facility. This is made possible by the direct integration between Dubai Police’s traffic management systems and Parkin’s smart parking and payment platforms.
The real-time detection capability allows authorities to take immediate legal action when required. By catching violations at the point of parking, the system enhances enforcement efficiency and reduces the number of unpaid fines and unlicensed or wanted vehicles circulating on Dubai roads.
